Inpatient Care Center

Valley Regional admitted their first patient in 2014. Not long after, the owners realized the importance of the continuum of care to better assist patients in need. This led to building a state of the art inpatient hospice facility providing services that could cater to acute and routine patients alike, affording them the opportunity to receive the compassionate care they need, in the comfortable home-like environment they want. Thus, the birth of Heritage Crossing Inpatient Facility.

Heritage Crossing, the Valley’s premier and unparalleled hospice inpatient facility, will open in June of 2019. It will serve as many as 24 patients at a time by a care team comprised of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers. Heritage Crossing will be a place where patients and their loved ones can spend the most precious days of their lives being cared for and—most importantly—together.
